Payment & Cancellation Policy - ARG3NT PRODUCTIONS

At ARG3NT PRODUCTIONS, we value transparency, mutual respect, and clear agreements. The following policy applies to all bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit

Following the initial consultation and written approval of the proposed plan (quotation, email, or agreement), the booking will be considered confirmed.

A 20% deposit of the total project fee is required to confirm the booking.

The deposit must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.

The booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received. Until then, we reserve the right to make the date available to another client.

2. Why We Require a Deposit

A significant part of our work takes place before the production day itself. This includes preparation, communication, planning, team coordination, call sheets, location checks, and making necessary reservations.

We have experienced situations where projects were cancelled at short notice after time, resources, and production capacity had already been committed.

The deposit helps cover this preparation and ensures that the time and resources reserved for your project are properly accounted for.

3. Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels the booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 14 days before the start date: 30% of the total project fee is due (the deposit only).

• Between 14 and 2 days before the start date: 50% of the total project fee is due.

• Within 48 hours of the start date or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total project fee is due.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

In the event of force majeure - such as a serious accident, bereavement, or natural disaster - that prevents the project from taking place, we will work together to find an appropriate solution or reschedule the project. Any costs already incurred may still be charged.

If ARG3NT PRODUCTIONS is unable to deliver the agreed services due to force majeure, the full amount paid, including the deposit, will either be refunded or the project will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Final Provisions

This policy forms an integral part of our agreement.

Our General Terms & Conditions apply to all services and are available upon request.

In the event of a dispute, Dutch law shall apply, and the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, shall have jurisdiction.
